If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue in-store credit on receipt or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.
If you need to initiate an exchange or report a product quality or performance issue, please contact support team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require in-store credit or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time.
- Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
- Underclothing & socks will not be accepted for hygiene reasons - no exceptions.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
